As worn by the Chargers on their tour to Bingham Cup 2024 in Rome, this Chargers green Gilbert sports polo features a striking pride version of the emblem designed by Chargers player and Indigenous artist Katie Bugden for our playing jerseys. Katie explains the emblem as follows:

The circle in the middle is a meeting place and the different rings are lined with the symbol for people in different sizes/ shapes which demonstrates the inclusive nature of the team and how it accepts all people. There are 11 warrior symbols with a spear (left) and shield (right) of the person symbol. The Victorian mob had to fight to keep their culture and their people alive post colonisation, when I spoke with the Wio Wurrung council a few years ago I expressed that I see Victorian mob as warriors and they agreed. There are 11 warriors to represent the 11 different language groups in Victoria.

The polo fits true to the sizing chart in the images above. If in doubt, order a size up. 

Measuring instructions: For best results use a tape measure. Failing that, using some string, cord etc to measure and then using a ruler to measure the length of the cord can work too.

Half Chest: Place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of your chest and wrap it around your body to get the measurements across the front of the chest keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Where the sizing is “Half chest”, divide the measurement by 2 to get the size. Sizing is in centimetres.
